I wasn't careful enough and my character got a virus, so my account's been suspended until CC Corp can investigate what's going on.

Box lunches, if I remember correctly, are treasure items that tend to be found on Sigma server. It's entirely possible to buy them or trade lower-level rare items for them, though that may be difficult if you don't have an account. Perhaps your friend has some items or money they'd be willing to part with to get the item, unless they're high enough level to go looking for them.
